You Cannot Be Intelligent and Believe In Evolution
I am not trying to be derogatory. I am simply stating a fact. If intelligence is defined as the ability to adapt to new and trying situations, then intelligence cannot evolve. In order for intelligence to be proven, a choice must be made.
Imagine that I inherit 100 shares of stock and the price of the stock goes skyrocketing. Does my increased net worth prove that I am intelligent? Of course not, I did not make a choice. I had nothing to do with it.
If evolutionary theory is correct, at some point long ago, there was a big bang and the universe came into being. From there, particles of matter continued to speed apart from each other creating time and space. As the particles interacted, life came into being and eventually intelligence formed.
From logic we know that an effect cannot create itself. An effect cannot create the cause of itself. If matter creates intelligence, then intelligence cannot create matter. In fact, intelligence cannot have any effect on matter. There could be no choice. What would appear to be life and intelligence would merely be the result of the chance interaction of matter.
The fact that we can control our minds and bodies is proof that intelligence exists and proves the fallacy of evolution. Intelligent design is the only plausable explanation.
